Experiment
In a drive for renewal and the further development of textile art, HV STUDIO has started a programme of collaboration with young artists. Ulrika Mårtensson is one of the artists whose work has been very favourably received.

HV STUDIO commission
For Konstfack's new premises in Stockholm, inaugurated at the start of the academic year in September 2004. HV STUDIO has produced two stage curtains designed by Elis Eriksson.

HV STUDIO commission
The Royal Swedish Opera's rotunda, which is used for orchestral rehearsals as well as stage productions, has been fitted with a backdrop as well as a textile decoration running round the entire room. The textiles were produced by Ulrika Mårtensson and HV STUDIO as a commission for the National Public Art Council.

HV STUDIO commission
Textile decoration designed by Sissel Blystad from Bergen for Vandrehallen, the Norwegian parliament building. Her “Landscape” is in the form of a triptych measuring 47 m2. The parliament building will be inaugurated in the spring of 2005, when Norway celebrates the centennial of the dissolution of the union with Sweden in 1905.

New ideas for Svenskt Tenn
In time for Svenskt Tenn's 80th anniversary a new collection of pewter ware has been commissioned in the spirit of Founder Estrid Ericson.
Eighteen months ago, ten of Sweden's leading designers and craftspeople were asked to submit designs for a renewal of classical pewter ware.
